Academic Network on Teacher Education and Professional Development
Teacher education, considered as a permanent process of learning how to teach, is an important and vital concept in today´s educational and applied linguistic fields since the teacher plays a strategic role in educational change. It implies professional development not only at a personal level but also the impact this has at an institutional level which involves teachers, students and the school as a whole entity. The aim of this network is to discuss these issues.
